This is the most affordable electric car till date, which costs $2,100 (approximately Rs 1.53 lakh) in China. It is a small electric car, which can also be called a quadricycle. It would not be fair to expect tremendous power and range from a car that comes at such a low price. Nevertheless, let us tell you that it can run up to 66 km on a single charge and has a top speed of 40 km per hour.

ElectricKar K5 EV weighs 255 kg. It is 2.2 meters long, 1.09 meters wide and 1.62 meters high. It can comfortably accommodate two people. For power, the company has installed an 800W capacity motor in it, due to which this electric car can catch a speed of 40 kilometers per hour. Its 72V battery comes with a capacity of 2.7kWh. This battery pack gets fully charged in 8 hours and helps the car to travel 66 km in a single charge.

At present, no information has been shared regarding the launch of this car in other countries. Different countries have different rules regarding electric cars. Looking at the size of this car, it is not necessary that it is licensed in other countries including India. However, in China this car can also be driven without a license.
