Stock Market Update: On Friday, the last day of the week, Indian markets were flat. During Friday’s trading session, the Indian market witnessed a volatile environment, but at the end of the day, the markets closed flat. At the close, the Sensex fell 59.04 or 0.10 percent and the index closed at 57,832.97. In addition, the Nifty 50 closed with a red mark. The index fell 28.30 points, or 0.18 percent, and closed below 17,300. 1129 shares were traded, 2141 shares were sold. Besides, there was no change in 112 shares.
