Stock Market Update: At the end of the weekly period, i.e. on Thursday, the stock market saw a green mark. Indian stock markets closed green for the third day in a row. The Sensex closed at 55,464.39, up 817.06 points or 1.50 percent. It rose 249.50 points, or 1.53 per cent, to 16,594.90. 2348 shares were traded, 938 shares were sold. Apart from this, there was no change in 94 shares.
Nifty Top Gainer and Top Losers
HUL, Tata Steel, Grasim Industries, JSW Steel and SBI were the top gainers of the Nifty and Coal India, Tech Mahindra, Dr Reddy’s Labs, ONGC and TCS were the top losers.
