Bharti Airtel: Shares at record high, will earn more now; Why Brokerage House Bullish

Despite the record rally in stocks, there are investment opportunities in this. Brokerage house Motilal Oswal has given buy advice in the stock with a target of Rs 860. The brokerage firm says that the performance of the company is getting better in the last 8-10 quarters.

Bharti Airtel: Can get 15% more returns

Brokerage house Motilal Oswal has retained ‘Buy’ rating in Bharti Airtel with a target of Rs 860. From the company’s current price of Rs 746, this stock can give a return of more than 15 percent now. In the last one year, this stock has given a return of about 60 percent to the investors. At the same time, the stock has gained 47 percent so far this year. Shortly after the market started on November 22, the stock touched a record high of Rs 756. The brokerage house says that the performance of the company is continuously improving. There was a 25 per cent year-on-year growth in EBIDTA.

airtel hiked prepaid tariff

Telecommunication company Bharti Airtel has decided to increase the tariff of its prepaid plan. In the new rate list released by the company, Rs 20 has been increased on the initial plan. Meaning the initial plan of Rs 79 will now be available for Rs 99. The new prices will be effective from 26 November 2021. The company’s owner Sunil Bharti Mittal had already indicated to increase the prepaid tariff. He had said that the time has come to increase the tariff. Actually, Airtel has to take the user up to Rs 200 on the ARPU-average revenue by the end of the current financial year. Airtel’s ARPU had fallen in the last quarter, in view of which the decision was taken to increase the tariff.
